The following are the ingredients listed in the recipe I have. I like to change it up with different vegetables of my choosing. You can also add cheese.

Lettuce, carrots, celery, onions, frozen peas, and bacon bits.

For the dressing:
3 T Sugar
2 Cup Mayonnaise (I like Miracle Whip)
1/2 Cup lemon juice
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

Chop and layer your vegetables/main ingredients.

Mix together the dressing ingredients. Pour over the layered salad. If you want to add cheese, sprinkle it over the salad at this time.

The dressing will spread through the salad, and the salad gets better as it blends!
