Fillet of Salmon (1/2 lb per serving)

2 parts butter
1 part brown sugar
(approximately 1 cube butter per 2 lbs of fish)

Seasoning below is based on 1 cube of butter:
1 tsp. of Mrs Dash Original spice
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse off fillet of salmon in cold water.
Place skin down in aluminum foil tubs (double the aluminum foil and form snug around fillet with 2-3 inch sidewalls).

Add butter, brown sugar and seasoning to pan and simmer sauce until butter caramelizes with brown sugar.

Pour sauce over fillets in the foil tubs

Cook in oven or on grill at medium-high heat for 15-20 minutes (depends on thickness)
