2 lbs. ground beef

1 large onion (chopped)

3 large eggs

2 cups cracker crumbs

1 small can tomato sauce

2 cups grated cheese

Salt and pepper to taste
6 Tablespoons brown sugar

½ cup catsup

½ teaspoon nutmeg

2 teaspoons prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Shape into loaves. Place in greased 9x13 baking dish. Pore piquant sauce over top and bake at 350 degree oven for 1 hour

PIQUANT SAUCE



6 Tablespoons brown sugar

½ cup catsup

½ teaspoon nutmeg

2 teaspoons prepared mustard



Mix together and spread over top of meatloaf before baking.
