2 pkgs. out of box of Graham crackers (rolled fine)
1/4 c. White Sugar
1 cube melted Oleo

1 1/2 or 2 pkgs. Cream Cheese, at room temp
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1/3 c. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Vanilla

Fruit Filling:
1 large can Cherry (or Blueberry) Pie Filling or
1 qt Strawberries sweetened and thickened with corn starch

1 large carton of Cool Whip

Mix Crust ingredients together and press in bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 min. Beat Filling ingredients together until smooth. Spread on Graham cracker crust. Spread Fruit Filling on top of cheese filling. Cover with 1 large carton of Cool Whip. Sprinkle top with a few graham crackers.
