6 ears of corn, 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted,1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon hot paprika, 1 lime, cut into wedges.

Directions:
gently pull husks away from corn,as you would peel a banana. remove silks and replace husks. add 3 tablespoons of kosher salt to a large pot of boiling water. drop ears of corn in the water and boil for 10 min. remove, and pull husks back and tie in decorative knots, using one piece of husk to tie the rest. brush the corn with melted butter and sprinkle with cheese and paprika. serve with lime wedges.
