2 (6 oz.) cans - water packed tuna, drained & flaked
3 - egg whites
3 T. - breadcrumbs, seasoned dried
4 - scallions, thinly sliced
2 T. - parsley, minced
¼ tsp. - black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, egg whites, breadcrumbs, scallions, parsley and pepper. Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties. Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat. Add the patties and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
