SALAD:
2 heads of Romaine hearts or 1 large head of Romaine lettuce, torn
half a large red onion, thinly sliced
1 tin of sliced black olives, drained
2 ripe yet firm tomatoes, diced
1 large or 2 medium cucumbers, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 container of Feta cheese from the deli counter, drained and crumbled (about 250 grams)

Dressing:
a little less than 1/2 cup of olive oil
a little more than 1/2 cup of lemon juice
2 - 3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 - 3 tablespoons of dried oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss. I usually make my dressing in a pampered chef salad dressing container that whips/emulsifies it. Combine salad dressing ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over salad. Toss salad again and serve immediately.
