1/2 cup oil
4 squares unsweetened chocolate (4 oz.)
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate; mix with oil and sugar. Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Stir flour, baking powder and salt together and add to chocolate mixture. Chill several hours or overnight.

Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into powdered sugar. Roll in sugar and shape into ball. Place 2" apart on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 12 - 13 minutes til almost no imprint remains when touched lightly in center.
