6 boneless chicken breasts
1 bag frozen broccoli cuts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayo
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup cheddar cheese
Ritz crackers, crumbled for topping (about one sleeve)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken until tender and cut into pieces. Cook broccoli until tender and place in bottom of buttered 9X13 inch casserole dish. Layer chicken over broccoli. Salt and pepper chicken and broccoli to your preference. Mix soup, mayo and lemon juice together and spread over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese and top with crumbled Ritz crackers. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
