1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 tbsp butter
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz mushrooms
2 tsp dried oregano
1 small can black olives
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
12 oz spaghetti, cooked
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and pepper in butter until tender. Add tomatoes, mushrooms and oregano. Add ground beef, if desired, Simmer, uncovered, for about 10 minutes. Place half of the cooked spahetti in greased 9X13 inch pan. Top with half of the vegetable mixture, half the olives, sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. Repeat layers. Mix the soup and water and pour over casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
