3 cups diced chicken
2 cups chopped or diced celery
1/2 cup slivered almonds
3 tbsp pimento
3 tbsp chopped onion
1 1/2 cup cheese
1 can water chestnuts, diced or sliced
1 cup mayo
1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Put 1/2 cup of the cheese and chips. Combine all of the above ingredients and put in a casserole dish. Top with reserved cheese and chips. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

Great casserole, for family and for covered dish meals. I make it when it is my turn to provide a meal for friends or small group member. Easy!!!
