1/2 lb spinach, wash, dry and cut
1 pt strawberries, sliced
3-4 kiwi fruit, sliced
2 oz slivered almonds, toasted
1/2 cup sugar
2 T sesame seeds
1 T poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp mince onion
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup oil
1/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Put spinach, strawberries, kiwi and almonds in a bowl.
Mix together the sugar, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, onion, vinegar, oil and Worcestershire Sauce.
Pour dressing over salad.
