1/2 cup oleo, melted
2 pkg dry bread cubes, unseasoned
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 onion, diced
1 egg
giblets, grind up and leave raw
1/2 gal milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook neck and diced onion in a small amount of water until the meat pulls easily from the bone. Cool and pick the meat from the bone. Combine meat from neck and cooked onion with other ingredients and mix. It should be very moist, almost soupy. Add more milk if needed.
Put it in the neck and body cavity of the turkey and bake turkey in a bag according to the directions.
