Water
Hamburger, Browned (1-1-1/2 lbs.)
Onions, chopped (1 large or 2 small)
Bell Peppers (fresh, chopped)
Canned Tomatoes, sliced up (and the juice)
El Paso Spiced Tomato Sauce
Mild Pepper (fresh New Mexico type)
Banana Wax Pepper (1-2) (2 is hot)
Bottled Tiny Hot Peppers (1)
Black Pitted Olives
Salt
Pepper
Chili Powder
Ground Red Peppers (in shaker)
Add water as needed
Options:
Tomato juice instead of water
Store brand chili seasoning mix
Green Onions

Use large saucepan. 6-8 cups of beans and filled a little over half with water.
