1-12oz. bag of wide egg noodles, 1or2-6oz. cans of tuna in water, 1or2-10.5oz. cans of cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms (optional), 1can peas (optional), 1can carrots(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Drain the water off of the tuna, peas, carrots, and mushrooms. Mix the cream of mushroom soup with one can of water or two cans of water depending on how many cans of cream of mushroom soup you use. Add all ingredients into the pot of drained noodles, mix and heat until hot enough to serve.

My family really loves this dish and it is much better than the store bought tuna helper in a box. If my kids don't want to eat anything else this sure gets their taste buds moving.
