1 cup of wild rice (then cook the wild rice)
1 big can of mushrooms (drained)
1lb of bacon (fried and chopped)
1 medium onion (sautee in bacon grease)
2 cups of cheddar cheese
2 cans of cream of potato soup
1 quart of half and half
Add pepper to taste no salt!

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the wild rice for 45 minutes and then drain. Add the mushrooms, chopped bacon, sauted onion, potato soup, and stir well. Then remove the pot from heat and add the half and half and cheese stir continuously until the cheese is all melted. Make sure when you do this it is NOT over heat!!!
