Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 Tbs. yeast
2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil or softened butter or margarine
2 eggs (optional)
2 Tbs. dry powdered milk
4 1/2 to 5 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar, let yeast work. Add oil, eggs, salt and add 2 1/2 cups of flour and dry milk. Beat until smooth. Mix in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle. (don't add too much, it is better to leave a little sticky). Knead for about 5 minutes. Place dough into greased bowl; turn greased side up. Cover and let rise until double, about 1 1/2 hours. Punch down dough. Lightly grease counter. Roll dough onto greased counter and roll into rectangle. On top of dough spread softened butter or margarine, sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon. Add raisins if desired. Roll dough up. Slice about 2 to 2 1/2 inches apart. Place on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with non - stick spray. Press down (firmly) each slice as it is placed on the cookie sheet. Cover and let rise about 30 minutes.
Heat oven to 350º. Bake about 20 - 30 milutes or until golden brown. Frost with buttercream frosting or orange frosting either while still warm or after it has cooled.
