1 cup water,
1/2 cup butter,
1 t salt,
1 cup flour,
4 eggs.
1/4 cup butter,
1 egg,
3/4 lb powdered sugar

Boil water and butter until butter is melted. Add salt and flour, stirring quickly. It will form a ball and not stick to side. Let set 1 minute. Add egss one at a time. Beat thoroughly. Drop by spoonful on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes at 400F or until light brown.
Fill with pie pudding filling.
