1/4 cup bacon grease
2 cups minute rice
1 cup thinly chopped celery
2 cups liquid (water and 2 tablespoons soy sauce)
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped meat (ham)
fried egg
chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Brown 2 cups minute rice (not MJB) in hot bacon grease. Add the rest of ingredients and simmer for 5-6 minutes. Garnish with fried egg and green onions.
