1-9" prepared graham cracker crust, baked and cooled
4 egg yolks, beaten
1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp plus 1 tsp lime zest
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup water 1/3 cup WATKINS lemon dessert mix

Berry Sauce:
1 pkg. (10oz) frozen strawberriers in syrup
2 cup fresh or frozen blackberries, divided
1/2 tsp lemon extract

Combine egg yolks, lime juice and zest and sugar in medium saucepan, mix well. Add water and dessert mix, mix thoughly. Place over medium heat and cook stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and begins to thicken. Cool slightly and pour into prepared crust. Refrigerate until cool.
In blender puree strawberries and 1 cup blackberries and lemon extract until smooth. Chill sauce until serving time. Use remaining blackberries for garnish.

To serve: for each serving pour 1/4 cup sauce on small plate. Hold plate at a diagonal to spread over plate. Cut pie and place on top of sauce with a few fresh berries.
