1 1/2 c brown sugar
1 tsp salt
2/3 c oil
1 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 c sour milk
1 1/2 c diced rhubarb
2 1/2 c flour
1/2 c nuts, chopped (optional)


Topping:

1/2 c sugar
1 tsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Stir ingredients. Pour into two well-greased and floured loaf pans. For topping, cream sugar and butter together and sprinkle evenly on each loaf. Bake at 325º for 40 minutes.
