1 double pie crust, 6 good sized pears pealed and sliced, 1 c. sugar mixed with 2 T. flour, butter , cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9 inch pie pan with bottom crust; flute the edges. Toss the pear slices in sugar mixture. Put in the crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter. Add top crust. Make sure you slit crust to allow steam to escape. Bake @ 400º for 15 min., the 350º for 40 min.
