1 c. butter melted, 1 pkg. cream cheese softened, 1 8oz. pkg blue cheese, 1 4oz. c. chopped olives, 1 1/2 T. chives, 1 lg. pkg.chopped walnuts, 1/2 T. chopped parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and cream cheese. Add crumbled blue cheeses and mix. Add drained olives, chives, and parsley. Mix. Shape into a ball and roll in chopped walnuts. Wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours.
