2 ½ c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. cooking oil
½ tsp. salt
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 unbeaten eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
5 tbsp. cocoa

Mix all ingredients together. Beat 2 minutes with mixer. Bake at 250º for 2 hours.
