Ingredients:
Penne Pasta (cooked)
1 pint heavy cream
1/8 cup water
1/2 small can tomato paste
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can chipotle chilis in adobo sauce
2 Evergood Chipotle Sausage

Sour Cream (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat frying pan to high heat and slice sausage into medalions (like you would a cucumber). Add to pan and cook. In the meantime, put chipotle peppers in blender and puree with water. Put peppers in pan with sausage, add tomato paste, diced tomates. Then gradually add cream while stirring. Heat to a low boil. Serve over penne pasta.

This one is SUPER spicy so add a dallop of sour cream if it's a bit too much. You could use Polska Kiebasa in place of Chipotle sausage if you like.

Personal Notes:
I stole this one from Guy Fieri (Tex-Wasabi's owner). I'm sure it's not exactly how he makes his but it's pretty good.
