1 pkg forzen bread dough (3 loaves), thawed
1 lb pepperoni, thin sliced

Italian Filling
1 - 12 oz jar marinara sauce
1 large bell pepper, sliced in thin strips
2 Tblsp butter
2 Tblsp olive oil
1/4 C grated parmesan cheese
1 onion, cut into thin rings

Directions:
Directions:
When bread is thawed but before it rises, roll out flat, place pepperoni evenly down middle of each loaf, fold over and pinch the seam closed. Cut each loaf into 6-8 rolls, pinch each rolls' seams to close, place on greased cookie sheet. Cover with clean cloth towel and let rise until doubled. Bake as instructed on bread package
Sauce:
Brown onion and pepper in melted butter and olive oil. Cook until onions are carmelized. Add marinara sauce and mix well.
Open cooked roll at seam, add 2 tsp sauce, sprinkle with cheese, place on serving platter
