1-2 pound bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 C butter-melted
1 medium onion, chopped
1-12 oz carton sour cream
1 C sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 C chopped parsley
2 C crushed potatoe chips

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 13x9 pan and place on cookie sheet. Mix all ingredients except potatoes, butter, potato chips and cheese, together in large bowl until well combined. Add frozen potatoes and toss until potatoes are covered with cream mixture. Pour into prepared pan, top with cheese and potato chips. Drizzle melted butter on top. Bake in 350 oven for 60 minutes, or until bubbly and light brown
