1-14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 C grated Parmesan cheese
1-7 0z jar roasted red peppers
1 C salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/3 C chopped green onion
2 tsp butter, melted
2 Tblsp chopped parsley
pepper to taste
2 Tblsp grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Mix onions with butter, add all other ingredients and stir. Pour mixture into 8" pie plate, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake uncovered in 350 oven for 20 minutes, or until heated through. Serve with crackers, chopped, bite-sized vegetables and hunks of french bread.
