2 pkg strawberry jello
1 small can applesauce
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 pint fresh strawberries
1/2 C sugar
1 quart 7-up

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 1 cup water and dissolve jello in a glass 13x9 pan. Stir until jello is completely dissolved. Pour in 7-Up and set until jelled like egg whites. Stir in applesauce, and let set until a medium set. Slice cleaned strawberries and stir into jello. Chill until firm set.
Cream soft cream cheese with sugar and spread on top of Jello. Keep covered and cool until served.
