1 (15 oz.) can - chickpeas
1 - garlic clove, peeled
2 T. - tahini
1 T. - fresh lemon juice
1 T. - olive oil
salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
½ tsp. - paprika
2 to 3 - lemon rounds, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the chickpeas and reserve the liquid. In a blender, combine the beans with the garlic, tahini, lemon juice, & olive oil. Blend until smooth. Add enough reserved liquid to make a consistency of a thick mayonnaise, about ¼ c. Season with salt and pepper. To serve, spread the Hummus in a shallow dish and sprinkle with the paprika and garnish with the lemon slices.
