1 ½ c. butter, melted
¾ c. powdered sugar + extra for coating
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. salt
3 ½ c. flour
1 c. nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix the melted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, and salt together in a large mixing bowl. Add the flour and mix. Stir in the chopped nuts. Roll the cookie mix into 1 inch balls. Place the balls on a buttered cookie sheet or parchment paper, approx. 12 balls to a standard cookie sheet. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let them cool for 2 minutes. Roll the balls in powered sugar. Be careful they will still be hot. Let the cookies cool completely, then roll the balls in powered sugar a second time. Makes about 5-6 dozen cookies.
