2 lb. bag Southern Style Hash Browns
2 c. Sargento chef's style cheddar cheese
16 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup (small can)
1 small onion (chopped)

Topping:
Package Ritz Crackers
2 tbsp. melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together Cheese, Sour cream, soup, and onion. Add potatoes and spread into a 9x13 baking dish. In a separate bowl mix together melted butter and crushed Ritz Crackers. Spread over potatoes. Bake at 350º for 1 hour covered and an additional 15 minutes uncovered.
