2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. unsweetened apple juice concentrate
1/2 c. unsweetened cherry juice concentrate
1 1/2 quarts fresh strawberries
3 cups very ripe mashed bananas
1 Tbs. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle gelatin over apple juice concentrate, set aside. Combine strawberries, cherry juice concentrate, bananas and lemon juice in heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 10 - 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat & add softened gelatin, stirring constantly until gelatin is completely dissolved. Cool at room temperature. Store in fridge.
