5 lbs. – red potatoes
3 bunches – green onions
1 lb. – Farmland bacon (it’s the best, but you can use any brand of smoked bacon)
3 T. – white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Peel & cook potatoes. Cut up onions using some of the green tops. Fry bacon and save the grease. Cut up potatoes into small pieces. Break up bacon and put in with the potatoes and onions. Heat vinegar and grease for about 2 to 3 minutes. Pour over potatoes, stir, and add salt and pepper to taste.
