6-8 oz spaghetti noodles
2 T butter
1/3 c parmesan cheese

Directions:
Cook and drain spaghetti--(about 3 1/4 cups cooked). Stir in 2 T butter while hot, then 1/3 c parmesan cheese and the well-beaten eggs. Form into a crust in a 10 inch buttered pie plate.

Spread 1 cup cottage cheese over the spaghetti crust.

Prepare filling: You may either cook 1 pound beef/sausage, add onion, peppers, italian/spaghetti seasonings, 8 oz tomatoes, one 6 oz can of tomato paste OR use a jar of spaghetti sauce and add cooked meat to it.

Put filling on top of crust & cottage cheese. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 350º. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
