2 T. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
5 c. hot water from tap
5 to 7 c. whole wheat flour - unsifted
2/3 c. honey
2/3 c. oil
2 T. salt
7 c. white flour

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle 2 T. yeast on 1/2 c. warm water. Let set. Mix
5 c. hot water and whole wheat flour. Let set 10 min.
Add & blend honey, oil, and salt. Add yeast to white
flour and blend, then add white flour to other mixture.
Let rise double in bulk - use oil to knead. Use
shortening & flour to grease pans. Shape 4 loaves & let
raise barely over pans. Bake 350º for 30 min.
