Crust:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup quick rolled oats
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
Filling:
1 lb. can of pumpkin
13 oz evaporated milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cloves
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbls butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients for crust. Mix until crumbly. Press into an ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, salt, and spices. Beat well. Pour onto crust and bake for 20 minutes. Combine nuts, brown sugar and butter. Sprinkle over filling and return to oven to bake for 15 to 20 more minutes or until set. Cool in pan. Cut into squares and serve with whipped cream.
