1 bunch fresh asparagus
4 oz. gorgonzola or crumbly blue cheese
grape tomatoes
lemon vinagarette

Directions:
Directions:
Steam asparagus until tender, but still firm (about 10 minutes).

Cool asparagus in refrigerator about 3 hours, or in ice bath
about 1 hour.

Platter aspargus and tomatoes and dress with vinagarette.
Crumble gorgonzola. Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
