1 1/3 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 T. baking powder
pinch of salt
2 eggs- separated
1 c. milk
1 c. lemon flavored yogurt
zest of 1 lemon
1 c. toasted almonds
butter for greasing
flour for dusting

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and pinch of salt. Add egg yolks, milk, yogurt, lemon zest & almonds. Beat egg whites separately until they form a stiff peak. Fold into batter. Pour batter into buttered and floured 10 inch round cake pan. Bake for 35 minutes. Cook cake. Slice in 1/2 horizontaly. Spread vanilla ice cream between layers. Serve with berries.
