1 cup Quaker Oats
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 T. flour
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg slightly beaten
3 drops orange extract or 1 T. orange juice
meltng chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with
aluminium foil, shiny side up. Melt butter in bowl. Combine all
ingredients with melted butter. Drop 3/4 tsp. 3" apart on baking
sheet. Bake until golden at edges, about 9 minutes. Remove
from oven and let cool until cookies have hardened and can be
removed gently with a spatula. Melt chocolate bits and spread
melted chocolate shiny side up to make a sandwich.
