1 chocolate cake mix
1 stick of butter/margarine
1/2 bag or 6 oz bag of chocolate chips
1/2 bag or 6 oz bag of peanut butter chips
1 c. coconut
1 c.walnuts
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Directions:

Crust:
Use a pastry blender to blend cake mix & butter till small pieces. Lightly press into 13x9 pan.

Then spread chocolate chips , peanut butter chips, coconut, walnuts evenly over the crust.Pour can of sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top .
Bake at 350* for 20 mins or until golden brown. Let cool before cutting.
