10 Russet potatoes
1/2 pound of Bacon
1 clove Chopped garlic
1/2 cup Chopped celery
1 medium sized Onion chopped
1 tablespoon Mustard
1 ½ cup of Best Foods Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon Pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 large Dill pickles
1/4 cup Dill pickle juice

Directions:

1) Boil potatoes until tender.
2) While the potatoes are cooking, fry your bacon and drain on a paper towel.
3) Let the potatoes cool and then peel. Cut potatoes in bite size pieces (An alternative is to do this while the potatoes are warm and this gives the salad a creamier texture).
4) Add the celery, onion, garlic, pickles and pickle juice to the potatoes.
5) Stir in mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and mustard (adjust the mayonnaise and salt and pepper to get the consistency and taste your family prefers). Chill for two hours then serve.
