1 box chocolate cookie wafers
8 to 10 oz. whipping cream [or Cool Whip]
1 tsp. sugar
Chocolate shot for decoration

Directions:
Directions:
Whip cream with sugar [unless using Cool Whip]. Spread on each cookie wafer and stack them together on their sides. Frost the whole cookie roll with remaining cream and sprinkle with chocolate shot. Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours. Be sure to slice on the diagonal for serving.
