1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1 tsp grated orange peel
3/4 cup cold butter
Filling:
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup flour
2 tsp grated lemon peel
2 tsp grated orange peel
1 tsp baking powder
Topping:
2 cups sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor, combine flour, powdered sugar, and lemon and orange peels. Cut in butter until crumbly, then process until mixture forms a ball. Pat into greased 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350º for 12 to 14 minutes. Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl combine the filling ingredients and mix well. Pour over hot crust and bake for 15 minutes until set and lightly browned. In a bowl, combine topping ingredients, spread over filling, and bake for 7 to 9 minutes or until topping is set. Cool on wire rack and refrigerate over night. Cut into bars just before serving.
