4 c. cubed potatoes
1 onion, cut up
Cubed ham for 8 [can substitute sausage/kielbasa, etc.]
4 oz. cheddar cheese
SAUCE:
2 T. butter
1 tsp. mustard
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 T. flour
1/2 can milk
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange the first 4 ingredients in layers in a buttered casserole. Make sauce: Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and mix. Slowly mix in milk, soup, mustard, and salt. Stir continually to a simmer and thicken. Pour sauce over the layers.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
