1 cup yellow corn meal
3 eggs, well beaten
1 can whole kernel corn
2 cups cooked ground beef
1 Tbls spanish pepper
pinch of salt
3/4 cup milk
dash of red pepper
slice of butter
pint of canned diced tomatoes, strained and liquid reserved for sauce
1 cup black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all ingredients together and bake in a glass baking dish set in a water bath. Bake until it raises up like a cake and looks done (about 1 1/2 hours).
Sauce: Use the liquid from the diced tomatoes. Place a large chunk of butter in pan on stove and when it melts stir in some flour and the tomato liquid. Add some meat stock or chicken stock and a tablespoon of spanish pepper and salt to taste.
