16 oz. can cream-style corn
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli cuts, cooked and drained
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. coarse saltine cracker crumbs (12 crackers)
2 T. butter, melted
1/2 t. salt
Dash pepper
1/4 c. coarse saltine cracker crumbs (6 crackers)
1 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup crumbs and 1 T. butter. Pour into 1-quart casserole. Combine remaining crumbs and butter; sprinkle over vegetables. Bake uncovered, 35 to 40 minutes.
