4 cups slices fresh peaches, apples or blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:
1 cup sugar
1 T. butter, softened
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 T. water
dash cinnamon
1/4 cup sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In 9 inch square baking pan or
dish, mix peaches with 1/2 cup sugar. In small mixing bowl
combine 1 cup sugar with margarine, using a fork to mix. Add
flour, baking powder, salt, egg, and water. Mixture will be slightly
crumbly. Sprinkle or pat crumb topping across top of fruit.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and almonds. Bake 35-40 minutes in 375
heated oven.
