2-3 cups diced cooked chicken
1 T. finely slivered candied ginger
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 T. finely diced onion
1 T. salt
2 T. fresh lemon juice
1 cup finely diced celery
1 cup seedless grapes, cut in half
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup slivered toasted almonds

Directions:

Combine chicken, ginger, curry, onion, salt, lemon juice, celery,
green grapes, mayonnaise, oranges and almonds in large mixing
bowl just before serving and blend well.
