7 or 8 small red potatoes
1 tsp. salt
4 strips bacon
2-3 medium onions, sliced
1 1/2 tsp flour
4 tsp. sugar
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. celery seed
chopped parsley or chives

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes with skins on. Cool. Peel, slice, and salt
potatoes.
Fry bacon; remove from pan, add sliced onions to bacon
drippings and glaze. Add flour and mix well. Add sugar,
vinegar, water and celery seed. Cook over low heat until
mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
Gently fold potatoes into mixture. Crumble bacon on top.
Granish with chopped parsley or chives. Serve warm.
